 - Provide strategic advice to senior management on financial performance and growth strategies.
 - Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors and financial institutions.
 - Ensure compliance with tax regulations and manage VAT returns.
 - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing business development, especially in ecommerce and B2C sales channels (Amazon, etc.).

Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Financial Controller or in a similar finance leadership role.
 - Background in ecommerce, manufacturing, or retail, with a strong understanding of B2C sales, including on platforms like Amazon.
 - ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent qualification.
 - Excellent knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and reporting standards.
 - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
 - Hands-on experience with financial software and ERP systems.
 - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
 - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.

What We Offer:
- A competitive salary package and benefits.
 - The opportunity to play a key role in a fast-growing, dynamic organisation.
 - A collaborative and innovative working environment.
 - Hybrid working model (4 days on-site, 1 day from home).
