Learning and Development Key Account Manager - Swansea - 3 months - 31 hours a week
The Opportunity
Yolk Recruitment Public Sector & Not-for-Profit team has partnered with an education organisation to recruit a Learning and Development Key Account Manager. This is a rople where the emphasis will be maintaining relationships and signposting options and engaging with existing partners, if you are a confident communicator this is for you!

This role is based on site and it is 31 hours a week, Monday to Friday with no evenings or weekends.
What the Learning and Development Key Account Manager will be doing
The ideal Learning and Development Key Account Manager will be will be responsible for
* Communicate confidently with key employer's senior HR/OD representatives - understanding their objectives/targets and working with them to achieve these through effective implementation of learning and development support offered
* Meeting key client on teams and on the phone to discuss what the organisation can offer from an apprentieship point of view
* Assist staff to identify workforce needs and advise them on different opportunities
* Ensure strong links between Training, the Work Based Learning department, and each Key Account in relation to the use of Smart Assessor and, where relevant, Canvas/Online Learning Tools.

* An ability to engage and build relationships with employers to provide a range of services to support customer requirements

- Ability to travel to employer premises
