- Previous experience in a maintenance role within manufacturing, or similar industries.
- Strong fault-finding skills and ability to work independently.
- A proactive attitude and interest in continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Fabrication skills would be an advantage.
- Beneficial but not essential: FLT Licence & MEWP Licence.
Why You Should Apply:
- Competitive salary up to £45,000 for a days-only role.
- Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4 PM, with an early finish on Fridays.
- No weekend work or call-outs as standard.
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, plus Christmas shutdown.
- Pension scheme (5% employee / 3% employer), life insurance (4x salary), and cycle-to-work scheme.
- Free parking and a supportive, collaborative team culture.
