Systems Design Engineer in Stevenage

Systems Design Engineer - Inside IR35 - Up to £525 per day - SC Cleared - 12 Months - Stevenage, ONSITE - SINGLE STAGE PROCESS

Yolk Recruitment are recruiting for a Systems Design Engineer to work on a 12 month deal, in Stevenage, onsite with our client in defence.

The role is for a systems verification engineer to work on a project which is developing and qualifying real hardware for a weapon system. The role is to co-ordinate and deliver the certificates of design and associated compliance statements for the relevant elements of the weapon system. Part-time and flexible working will be considered.

Profile:

You will be able to demonstrate your experience in the process of managing verification evidence and the co-ordination of inputs to complete the certification of defence equipment
You will be able to demonstrate your systems engineering experience,
You will have knowledge of DOORS and PLM
You will be able to to co-ordinate and mediate between multiple stakeholders with differing priorities
Have a willingness to learn about the project, tools and methods
Demonstrate persistence to get the job done
