Our in-house training framework is comprehensive, consistent, and tailored to every individual. From a two-week onboarding programme for all new starters (no matter their seniority) to regular Lunch & Learn sessions, one-to-one coaching, and leadership development pathways, we ensure every consultant can access the support they need at the right time. Whether it’s helping someone sharpen their business development skills, expand on or explore a new specialism, or step into management, our Learning & Development team works closely with managers and directors to deliver training that makes a real difference.
