    Our carbon offset and green impact initiative. An ongoing commitment to plan and maintain trees across the UK to offset carbon emissions generated by our operations.

    Carbon Reduction Plan (CRP)
    A measurable, data-driven plan to reduce emissions across all three scopes - energy, travel, procurement and digital operations - aligned with the UK Government's Net Zero framework.

    Ensuring existing and future suppliers and partners prioritise ethical and environmentally conscious ways of working.

    CSR & ESG Steering Committee
    Cross-functional group chaired by Group CEO to set strategy, monitor progress and ensure alignment with business objectives.

    CSR & ESG Reporting Framework
    A formal structure in which to report, monitor and communicate progress across all 4 pillars.

    Ethical Business Standards
    Maintain policies and procedures that uphold the highest standards of integrity, fairness, and compliance. We will review and update these policies annually to reflect evolving legislation and best practice.

    Risk & Compliance Framework
    A structured approach to risk management, including ESG-related risks, to ensure that environmental, social and governance factors are embedded into corporate decision-making and operational planning.

    Data Ethics & Transparency
    Commitment to ethical data handling, transparency in AI and digital recruitment tools, and compliance with GDPR. We will maintain clear standards around privacy, fairness, and responsible technology use in all areas of our business.
