Hannah started her career recruiting in the Social Housing Sector across Wales in 2006. Over many years, she has built trusted working relationships with corporate service and specialist housing professionals from operational to executive level.

Having worked for one of the largest Housing Providers in Wales as a Recruitment Business Partner, Hannah has invaluable in-house experience. Shadowing divisions across the group allowed Hannah to observe first-hand how services ran and how recruiting on values had a direct impact on making a positive difference to customers.

Hannah is an active member of CIH, so look out for her at conferences and sector events. Hannah is also on the Board for Women in Social Housing (WISH South West), a networking community for those working in the sector.
