Managing Disciplinaries & Grievances with Confidence – HR Insights webinar with Lousha Reynolds. Lawful decisions, fair process, Q&A.

The latest session in our HR Insights employment law series will take place as a live webinar on 11th March 2026, 9:30am – 11:30am.

Led by Lousha Reynolds, Director of Refreshing Law, this HR Insights session will explore disciplinaries and grievances from HR’s perspective. With complex workplace issues becoming increasingly common and subject to greater scrutiny, getting processes and decision-making right has never been more important.

Lousha will give insight on:

  • Lawful and defensible decision making

  • Ensuring a fair and consistent process

  • Common pitfalls that expose organisations to risk

  • Managing sensitive or complex cases confidently

Following Anna Denton-Jones’ retirement last year, Lousha now leads both Refreshing Law and hosts HR Insights. She continues the legacy of providing commercially focused, practical employment law guidance for HR professionals.

We’re excited to be delivering this HR Insights session as a webinar via Microsoft Teams, allowing us to bring together a UK-wide HR audience, provide all attendees with extended post-event resources, and record the session so you can watch it back.

During the webinar, there will be a dedicated 30-minute live Q&A session, giving you the opportunity to raise your questions and share the specific challenges you are currently facing. Lousha will aim to address as many queries as possible within the time available, so we encourage attendees to keep questions concise and on topic to ensure everyone has the opportunity to contribute.

Whether you’re a standalone HR professional, part of a larger HR team, or leading your organisation’s people function, this session will equip you with the confidence and clarity to manage disciplinaries and grievances effectively.

Please note that while the session will provide general guidance and practical direction, it is not intended to replace tailored legal advice on individual cases.
