Commercial Property Solicitors will be managing complex & high value commercial property transactions and overseeing the legal aspects relating to the sale or purchase of a commercial property.
As the Commercial Property Solicitor, you will be granting new leases and working on the renewal of leases, as well as monitoring surrenders and terminations. Due to this, you’ll need a strong knowledge of real estate finance, development finance, and have experience with working on refinanced real estate portfolios.
The solicitor will be liaising with courts, barrister chambers, other solicitors, and maintain strong relationships with clients and estate agents. Due to this strong communication skills are key.
Another primary focus as the commercial property solicitor will be remaining aware of the firm’s financial objectives and targets and ensuring these are achieved.
