With a prior background in Construction and Property recruitment and a strong understanding of plant operations, Jacob supports industry-leading clients across South Wales by connecting them with engineering talent that improves efficiency, enhances reliability, and reduces downtime.

He recruits for a range of roles, from hands-on Maintenance Engineers (Electrical, Mechanical, and Multiskilled) to senior-level hires and specialists in Project Engineering, Controls & Instrumentation, Automation, Reliability, and Site Services.

Whether providing a consultative, market-led approach or supporting long-term recruitment strategies to improve OEE and minimise unplanned downtime, Jacob works closely with clients and candidates to ensure the right fit for both.
