-
"I have worked with recruitment companies for 30 years. I can honestly say Yolk are the first recruitment company to really listen to our requirements, understand our culture change programme and rapid expansion plans and to deliver on the brief. A no nonsense, added value approach."
-
"From the very first phone call Phil was very friendly and easy to get along with. He laid out his plan for me clearly and put me at ease that we'd find a job fairly easily. Phil was in constant contact with any news and gave out very good advice on what to do at the interview stage. I wouldn't hesitate to use Yolk and Phil again if needed and will be recommending to friends if they are looking for work."
-
“Having worked closely with Yolk Recruitment on a number of recruitment assignments, I have no hesitation in recommending them for your recruitment needs. The success of Yolk Recruitment is their emphasis on building relationships with clients and developing an indepth knowledge of both the business and the candidate. We have enjoyed a personable, professional service with Yolk Recruitment and envisage them being a business partner to satisfy Fluidmaster UK’s future recruitment needs.”
-
"I have had the pleasure of working with Christian over the last 5 years, he placed me in a superb role 4 years ago and has now placed me in an even better role. He has the rare attribute of being very professional and driven but retains the personal touch. He has become a good friend over the years and I wouldn’t think twice about recommending him if you are looking for a recruitment consultant personally or an employer looking at the bigger picture."
-
"Phil is a true credit to the recruitment industry in many ways, and is truly a 'people person' in every sense. During a difficult time in my career, Phil was of great support and comfort, even ringing me to see how I was getting on when he had nothing available which was definitely a first. Rather than just a number, Phil made me feel valued and eventually placed me with a fantastic company and culture. This was after receiving two separate offers where Phil once again displayed his true professionalism by not pressurising me to choose his client and simply let me make my decision in my own time. A top person who receives my highest recommendation, and a credit to Yolk Recruitment."
-
My experience working with Yolk Recruitment has been professional, friendly and crucial to advancing my career to where it is today. After finding myself in a position looking for a new role within electronics in South Wales, I began getting calls from countless other agencies who often half-heartedly tried to sell me a job outside of where I was looking geographically, and some of the time the job itself didn’t even exist. When I first spoke with Phil from Yolk the feeling was completely different, and after an in depth chat about my past experience and what I wanted from my next role we immediately began coming up with a list of companies to try. His extensive knowledge of employers in the region and the nuances of their hiring processes was of great help to my search and taught me a lot about how to best go about finding new opportunities. After not long at all, Phil made contact with a company who were interested by my CV and wanted to talk with me. He helped me prepare for my interviews and within two weeks of first making contact with this company we received word that I’d been offered the job. I would highly recommend Yolk Recruitment to anyone who is looking for someone who is experienced, hardworking and will be determined to find the next role in your career."
