Here's what you'll be doing: Building a robust social media strategy, focusing on key channels: LinkedIn, Meta, & TikTok Management of social media scheduling, posting and engagement in line with overall strategy Supporting growth manager to align social media objectives with business growth strategy and goals Creating scripts and organising team members to create internal content (ie. fun TikToks and Viral LinkedIn posts). Liaising with internal creatives in order to create graphic and video content for use on social media channels Collaborating with the creative strategy team, explore, identify and stay ahead of new social media trends and innovations in order to recommend future opportunities to increase engagement Researching, concepting, scheduling, and publishing original and engaging content Continually grow a bank of concepts based on market research and trends Creating monthly performance reports detailing key events and KPI metrics from the month prior Video filming and editing - short snappy, compelling native content for social channels (i.e IG Reels, TikTok) The skills and experience you'll bring to the team: You'll have natural storytelling ability with excellent written and verbal communication skills You'll have a flair for attention-grabbing copy-writing with fantastic attention to detail You'll possess and excellent all-round understanding of key social media platforms and an understanding of how content varies across multiple platforms You'll be obsessed with trends and tools in social media, marketing, technology, and advertising You'll possess a growth mindset and willingness to absorb information in order to develop skills You'll be able to work independently in a fast-paced start-up environment Proven experience of engaging with communities and customers via social media with a brand or agency would be advantageous The excellent benefits you'll receive in return: You'll be working with a ridiculously talented creative team, leading brands and high spec equipment Flexible hours and hybrid working You'll be part of a fun, dynamic start-up culture where you can have a real impact from day one There will be regular socials with like minded, creative people Free mental health support Nest pension scheme Offices in the heart of Cardiff - easily accessible by public transport!
