Digital Project Manager / Account Manager - Client Campaign work - Digital Agency - Advertising Agency - £40,000 - Cardiff - Flexible Working - Hybrid -PPC (Pay Per Click), Paid Social, Programmatic, Display and SEO Yolk Recruitment are working with a UK wide Advertising Agency searching for a Senior Project Manager to join an exciting close knit team in Cardiff, working on multi-channel client engagement ensuring that all channels work together to deliver a client step change. Their role will be to manage a large, multi-channel client account, ensuring that all channels work collaboratively to deliver a true client step change. This includes managing the internal team scheduling, project scope and deliverables, project budget, resources, thirds parties, client expectations and timeframes to the highest standards. The successful candidate will work closely with all channel leads and channel heads from disciplines such as Paid Media, SEO, Content , Audience Intelligence & Client Solutions. As such the candidate must possess strong interpersonal skills to ensure successful delivery of projects. What will you be doing day to day Manage all aspects of a project: scope, risk kick-off, schedule, budget, quality and communication Ensure that statements of work with both clients and third parties are written with the appropriate level of rigor and that risks are identified and mitigated. Ensure that new work is correctly scoped and costed Manage creative production - gathering specs, briefing, QA'ing and gathering client feedback and approval of assets; Lead internal stand ups and client/3rd party calls Track budget vs. actual to ensure all project budgets are accurately maintained Ensure projects meet profitability targets and work with the Finance team on revenue recognition Identify and mitigate project risks. Resolve project issues and challenges in a timely and professional manner Ensure quality and efficient delivery of all documentation, reports and campaign creative assets Work closely and collaboratively with the Client Solutions team, communicate with clients and teams on an on-going basis and ensures changing resource and project requirements are met Act as a partner and advisor for the client solutions team Ensure that, where required, the correct suppliers & contract resources to deliver a project are identified Work with Client Solutions to meet customer satisfaction targets (TRR) through maintaining & improving the quality of delivery to clients We're looking for someone who has: Waterfall, Kanban or similar project management experience Experience managing projects and delivering digital marketing projects in a digital / performance media agency environment on large accounts Understanding of PPC (Pay Per Click), Paid Social, Programmatic, Display and SEO Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills Ability to balance project objectives from a cost, schedule, creative, technical and quality perspective and present options, benefits and risks Experience in delivering complex, multi-channel projects and campaigns Proven ability to manage project budget, scope, resourcing, and risk to deliver projects on time and on budget WHAT YOU'LL GET FROM US 'Flex 10': reduced core working hours, creating 10 flexible hours to suit you Remote working, hybrid and office working options: we currently operate on min. 2 days a week office working, other options can be discussed dependent on role Pension matching up to 6% Healthcare plan and Digicare app with access to professional mental health support, nutritional advice, health screenings and a digital GP Monthly contribution to a well-being activity of your choice.
