Mali Fordyce Joins Yolk as Head of Talent

As Yolk’s teams continue to grow, we’re thrilled to announce the hiring of Mali Fordyce as our Head of Talent. Mali joins the business to support Yolk’s burgeoning headcount within the Cardiff office as our teams of specialists continue to service multi-sector clients regionally and nationally.
Joining us from the PHS Group, Mali comes from an experienced background of business resourcing, managing sales teams, onboarding teams and fine-tuning employee development practices.
With her career beginning in the banking industry, Mali has worked for Lloyds TSB, working up from the thriving call centre environment to then growing within a training and development role for Lloyds’ financial sales and retention teams.
Her recruitment experience kicked off following Lloyds TSB as she joined the Adecco recruitment group. Gaining further experience after that at ING Direct, Mali gained further insight on the impact of workplace cultures, benefits and training programmes, which she then took to her most recent role at the PHS Group.
Following 10 years at the PHS Group as Resourcing Business Partner, Mali is looking forward to applying her in depth experience of talent hiring to Yolk Recruitment. On her new role, Mali said:
