Chris Parsons Joins Yolk Recruitment as Manager of Office Support & HR

Yolk Recruitment are delighted to welcome Chris Parsons to the business as the manager of our Office Support & HR division. As Yolk continues to grow, the appointment of skilled leaders is a priority as we enhance our offering for both clients and candidates alike.

Chris began his career in recruitment in 2015 at New Directions Education Ltd where he quickly proved his skills and was promoted to Senior Account Manager. In 2020, Chris became the South Wales Regional Manager for Sanderson Recruitment, where he oversaw the Cardiff recruitment team, managed South Wales clients and their accounts, maximised their market share, and implemented the regional goals and objectives.

With his extensive experience in strategic development and achieving company goals, we are delighted to have Chris on board to lead the Office Support division and we are confident he will lead the Office Support team to increased success.

On his appointment, Chris Parsons said:

The ambitious growth plans for the department over the next year were something that really attracted me to the role. The team are already incredibly high performing and I’m confident that we can get to where we want to be within the next year.

Chris has goals to increase our presence within South Wales and says the sky is the limit with where he can take the team with so many opportunities for support roles. He is looking forward to realising the ambitions, career pathways and personal development of his team, and to continue to foster the collaborative approach that the division is known for.

Under Chris’ direction, the team will be focusing on hiring for specialised roles such as HR, which we have been providing useful updates to with our regular HR Insights sessions.
