- Minimum 1 - 2 years' experience in an IT Service / Help Desk role or similar
- Understanding or worked in an ITIL environment
- Experience in delivering to SLAs and other key performance indicators
- Monday - Friday
- 9am - 5pm
- £20,000
- 6 Month initial FTC
- The possibility of an extension or move to permanent.
