The role would see you join the growing IT team in a company that puts their staff at the forefront of what they do, you'll be given access to industry leading training and development programmes to aid a long and successful career in IT.
What you'll be doing:
- Working a mix of 1st line and the occasional 2nd line support issues
- Developing essential IT skills
- Contribute to the company wide knowledge base
- Ensuring the availability of key applications and systems at all times
What you'll need:
- A-Level or Equivalent
- A logical and analytical way of thinking and problem solving
- An ability to actively listen and understand user requirements
- Customer service experience
