The Opportunity
Like you, this role is truly special, with fantastic opportunity to help scale a department in a global agency. On Monday you’re working with senior leadership team to build out the content strategy on Tuesday you’re working on an integrated proposal. This role will be remote / in Cardiff a couple of days a week.
Who you are
- You’ll be running the day-to-day management of some of the agencies largest clients
- Acting as the senior point of contact on all client accounts within your portfolio
- Working closely with strategy leads to deliver industry leading marketing strategies
- Working closely with project and account managers to ensure the smooth and timely delivery of projects
- Building relationships with potential new clients and leading new business pitches
- Tasked with positive client feedback, and growing revenue from your portfolio
- Honed negotiation skills for use when dealing with difficult situations
- Autonomous, you can prioritise and balance a busy schedule
- A role model with proven management & leadership skills
- An active listener, able to effectively question and challenge to achieve clarity and direction
