​A fantastic independent cosmetics business are looking to grow their team by recruiting a sales account executive. This is a new role that will be working remotely but working closely with the owner and other team members. You will be responsible for driving the business forward and maximising business opportunities through building relationships and up selling.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is tech savvy and loves speaking to customers! As an independent business you will have an opportunity to really get involved and get your ideas across!

The role is primarily a sales role but if you have a create side digitally then that would be great too!

Your responsibilities as a Sales Account Executive

  • Build relationships with current and potential customers.

  • Touch base with existing customers regularly and keep them informed of new product lines, offers, pricing and any other relevant information

  • Create new business opportunities and upsell at all times

  • Create and manage customer information on our Inventory and sales program

  • Keep information updated and correct including their contact details and pricing.

  • Set up eligible trade customers with our B2B portal so they are able to order online through the trade website.

  • Manage our wholesale email list on by updating contact emails and adding new customer’s email details.

  • Work with marketing to create a trade customer targeted email once per quarter. Inform the team what you would like included in the email eg. new products launching, promotions, sneak peeks!

  • Reach out to potential trade customers that are in line with the brand; send samples; discuss pricing etc.

  • Create a strategy for growth with the team for the UK, EU and US market.

  • Explore new ways of selling B2B and analyse eg. Online Selling Platforms, trade shows etc

  • Create yearly brand decks to demonstrate the company’s ethos, style, goals and product lines

  • Help create marketing documents when needed

  • Create price sheets and keep up to date at all times

Your experience as a sales account executive

  • Experience in a similar role as an account manager or an account executive

  • B2B experience

  • Extremely tech savvy

  • Experience upselling and managing a client database

  • Fantastic communication skills

  • Excellent attention to detail
