This is what you'll be doing
As an Account Manager, you'll take ownership of customer relationships and play a key role in driving both customer satisfaction and commercial growth.
- Managing a portfolio of existing B2B customers, acting as the main point of contact and ensuring a high standard of service throughout the customer lifecycle
- Building strong, long-term relationships by understanding customer needs, industry challenges, and technical requirements
- Identifying opportunities to grow accounts through new projects, upselling, and cross-selling relevant products or services
- Working closely with internal teams such as engineering, production, and supply chain to ensure customer requirements are delivered accurately and on time
- Supporting commercial activity including quotations, pricing discussions, forecasting, and general account planning

- Experience in account management, sales, or a customer-facing role within a B2B environment
- An interest in technical, manufacturing, or engineered products, with the ability to learn and understand specifications
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills, both internally and externally
- A proactive approach with the confidence to manage multiple accounts and priorities
- A team-oriented attitude with a willingness to collaborate and contribute
