• Responsibilities:
• Assist with accounts payable and receivable tasks.
• Ensure accurate and efficient processing of invoices and payments.
• Reconcile bank statements and maintain meticulous financial records.
• Support payroll processing and associated tasks.
• Provide assistance with ad-hoc administrative duties as required
• Running the invoice and payments.
• Creating and maintaining accounts records
• Ensuring payments and direct debit obligations are met
• Coding and logging invoices under the correct code in the designated ledger
• Creating accurate statements and reports for month/year end to be sent to MD or external accountant

• Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software is desirable.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
