Role Overview: Join a medium-sized finance team within a business that has achieved year-on-year growth and is now expanding across the UK at a rapid rate. As a accounts receivable assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the sales ledger
  • Process and post sales invoices accurately and promptly
  • Handle customer queries and resolve discrepancies efficiently
  • Assist with monthly reconciliations and prepare financial reports
  • Monitor and chase outstanding debts, ensuring timely payments
  • Collaborate with the finance team to improve processes and procedures
  • Support the finance team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
