Admin Assistant

Have you got previous administration skills, proactive, with excellent attention to detail and good organisational skills? If so then please apply today?

This is what you’ll be doing

Working within the office supporting all areas of the business within administration reporting directly to the administration manager.

• Liaising with the Sales and Service Team
• Enter all the sales invoices on the system and produce sales invoices
• Producing Monthly statements
• Dealing with general daily telephone enquires
• General understanding of Microsoft Office
• Support all line managers with their administration

• Previous administration is essential
• Excellent attention to detail
• Able to deliver great customer service

Offering a salary £15,000 to £18,000
