Admin Associate

A large manufacturing company are looking for an Admin Associate to join their customer service team in the preparation of operational documentation to support the team to deliver client projects. If you have previous administration skills and working to strict guidelines please apply today. This is a 6-month fixed term contract.

This is what you’ll be doing

• Support new product introduction
• Support the set-up and approval or item codes
• Set up and maintain the product specification file
• Create and maintain documentation
• Assist project managers with all documentation
• Liaise with internal departments to update project setups
• Raise batch documents for work orders
• Ensure that all company procedures are complied with

The experience you’ll bring to the team

• Previous experience within admin is essential
• Experience within a healthcare/pharma background would be desirable
• Knowledge of an ERP system would be advantageous
• Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office and Excel
• High attention to detail
