What you’ll be doing?
This is an excellent opportunity for an administrator to join a national company based in Cardiff. In this role you will be:
- Check invoices
- Sorts and distributes incoming invoices
- Provides general administrative support
- Ensures the security of any documentation and electronic data in the area of responsibility.
- Maintains an efficient and well organised filing system for the department.
- Sending and receiving emails
What you’ll bring to the team?
As an experienced Administrator, you will be:
- Highly organised
- Previous experience in administration
- Excel skills
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Able to work within a team environment
By being an Administrator, you will receive:
- £9.50 per hour
- A working week of Monday – Friday 9-5
