A successful, fast growing Wealth Management company are looking for an efficient and eager full time Administrator, to join their team within their central Cardiff Office. Offering a competitive salary of £18,000 - £22,000 per annum.

This is what you’ll be doing

  • Support the business in administration tasks, accurately, on time and to deadlines

  • Answer all correspondence via incoming calls and emails

  • Deliver exceptional customer service ensuring great attention to detail

  • Prepare and document client reviews

  • Clear levels of communication to Partners; any opportunities or concerns in a timely manner

  • Manage documentation and review in advance of client meetings

  • Produce tailored reports, forms and documents in a format relevant to the client

  • Assist the P.A when required; opening and recording of all postal correspondence

  • Cover other team tasks / workloads as appropriate and required
