The Opportunity

A busy manufacturing company are looking for an Administrator to join their team near Swansea. They are looking to pay up to £24,000 right candidate. If this is the sort of opportunity you are looking for then please get in touch straight away as the client is looking to fill the position immediately.

The Role

  • Processing and monitoring sales orders
  • Dispatching goods SAP system
  • Chasing Proof of Delivery (POD)
  • Updating spreadsheets
  • Support the wider team and the Project Manager with any ad-hoc administration tasks.

Skills / Experience

  • Have a good understanding of the manufacturing process
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-motivated and highly organised
  • Experience reworking in a past faced environment
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office package
