£695 per day

Must be eligible for SC Clearance.

Yolk Recruitment are currently hiring for an Agile Coach to support a long term Future Combat Air System Program.

You will be:

* Working closely with the Chief Systems engineer
* Coaching and developing Scrum Masters within the Work Package
* Coaching the Work Package leads and product owners
* Resolving systemic impediments
* Identify the value streams within the WP area
* Strong experience with implement JIRA and confluence
* Identifying improvements to ways of working and system flow
* Working with other Agile coaches on the program to enact experiments and share lessons learnt

Experience within Defence and Aerospace is advantageous

This role is INSIDE IR35

BPSS clearance is acceptable while SC Clearance is being processed.
