Role: Area Planner

Location: Exeter (Hybrid)

Pay: £13.42 per hour

Duration: 3 months with potential to go permanent

The role

Proud to be partnered with a multi-award winning Housing Association who is now looking for an Area Planner this is a temporary role but there is scope for it to go permanent for the right candidate, the role will ensure housing is maintained and the residents are comfortable within their accommodation as well as organising service personnel to attend the properties in an efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

• To liaise with tenants to arrange appointments for service staff to attend the property and carry out essential work
• To liaise with maintenance staff to book in appointments to attend properties at an appropriate time for all parties
• To update systems when appropriate to ensure a smooth process.
