Do you have a background within Arrears or Collections? Experienced within the financial industry? Available immediately for 4-6 months? Then please apply today

This is what you’ll be doing

Being main point of contact when it comes to Arrears, contacting customers to resolve missed payments and supporting the arrears team leader in the following:

• Managing collections
• Be the first point of contact for all inbound and outbound calls.
• Liaise with customers via written correspondence
• Support the Arrears Team Leader in offering skills and knowledge

The experience you’ll bring to the team

• Previous experience within arrears management within financial services is essential
• A minimum of 5 GCSE’s
• Excellent communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Excellent written skills
