Yolk Recruitment are partnered with an international owned FMCG Manufacturer who have a strong brand in the area.

With a small team of circa 100 employees, they have the local community at the heart of everything they do and regularly hold fund raising events.

As the Asset Care Engineer this is what you'll be doing

You will be reporting into the Site Engineering Manager and will bring a wealth of knowledge to the team ensuring that the line maintenance procedures are PPM schedules are up to date and completed in a timely manager.

Responsible for planned schedule creation and overseeing the adherence and timely completion of work carried out whilst ensuring that Health, Safety and Environmental requirements are adhered to.

Working alongside the senior management team you will be responsible for your production line's development, putting in corrective actions to ensure line maximisation and availability throughout the year.

The experience you'll bring to the team

• Educated to a minimum of HNC in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Previous experience working as a Reliability Engineer, Planning Engineer, or Asset Care Engineer.
• Able to communicate clearly and concisely to all levels, both within the organisation and with suppliers.
• Able to work as a constructive member of a team, and have strong sense of responsibility
• Professionalism; displays a positive attitude toward company strategy
• Proven ability to be able to work well and deliver results, even in times of pressure.

Upon successfully joining the team as an Asset Care Engineer you will be working on day's and will receive a base salary of £35,500 with a pension matched up to 20% ( 8% Employee/ 12% Employer) and a range of other benefits.
