The Role

As an Assistant Management Accountant, you will play a key role in supporting the preparation of monthly management accounts and ensuring the smooth running of month-end processes. You'll work closely with colleagues across the business, helping to deliver accurate financial reporting and meaningful analysis that supports decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts
• Support month-end and year-end close processes
• Produce and analyse financial reports and variances
• Collaborate with budget holders and internal departments
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data
• Contribute to continuous improvement of financial processes and systems
• Provide insight and support to aid business performance

About You

• Part-qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA or equivalent)
• Previous experience in a similar finance role
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, organised, and eager to learn
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
