​Assistant Accountant

Are you fully ACCA qualified? Part qualified? Are you looking for an exciting new career?

This is what you’ll be doing

·        Managing a portfolio of clients to include review of accounts and tax, training and supporting staff.

·        Be the main point of contact for your clients

·        Preparing annual and statutory accounts

·        Providing Management Accounts and regular reporting

·        Managing payroll and bookkeeping

·        Taking care of VAT returns and PAYE liabilities

·        Support should HMRC have any queries about their affairs

·        Looking after personal and corporate self-assessments

·        Advising on capital gains, inheritance tax and other relevant areas

The experience you’ll bring to the team

·        ACCA qualified/Part qualified

·        2+ years’ experience working within a practice environment

And this is what you’ll get in return

·        £24000 per annum, dependant on skills and experience.

·        Working with a highly dynamic and progressive organisation.

·        12 month fixed term contract
