A boutique independent firm are looking for an Associate Director/ Senior Lawyer to join their Private Client team based in Bristol!

What you will be doing:

• Supervising and managing the workflow of more junior lawyers in the team

• Working on marketing and business plans

• Undertaking fee-earning work and contributing to work of the department

• Working alongside the London based team to ensure smooth experience for clients

• Ensuring financial control across the department

• Overseeing maintenance and development of precedents and procedures

• Implementing new ways of increasing profit where appropriate

What we are looking for:

• STEP qualified

• Senior experience within a Private practice

• Strategic experience

• Innovative and creative approach to management

• Expertise in Tax, Trusts, Estate Administration and Probate

• Ideally a full, clean drivers licence
