What will a day in the life of this role look like?
- You will be supporting senior stakeholders within the business with all of their Billing support tasks, managing the entire process.
- Chasing any refunds within the team
- This Is a fast moving department so ensuring deadlines are hit!
- Ensuring all billing activity is accurate, and sent/ followed up in a timely manner
- Dealing with credit notes, inputting them onto the system and ensuring they are actioned by the finance teams
- Updating clients on their processed refunds
The skills we are looking for within this role look a little like this…
- Excellent communication skills, with the confidence in speaking to a diverse audience
- Natural attention to detail is compulsory as accuracy is key!
- Experience working within a support role within a finance team would be brilliant
- Experience/ knowledge of billing processes and payment processes would be very beneficial!
- Ability to use your own initiative!
- A keen team player!
