£20,000 + quarterly bonus

A growing organisation are looking Broker Support Agent to join their company. They are looking for someone to account manage a book of Brokers. This role would suit someone who loves to communicate and build relationships! You would be working as part of a very supportive and established team who’ve won numerous awards for being an employer of choice and one of the best companies to work for in the Cardiff area.

Responsibilities

• Pro-actively manage a panel of brokers working closely with your regional Business Development Manager

• Support the growth of that panel by increasing activity within that region

• Complete outbound priority calls i.e. Masterclass prior/post calls, Network lists, Pipeline calls

• Deal with commission queries

• Prospect for new accounts within all regions

• Take responsibility for outbound campaign management

Experience Required

• Experience within insurance is a huge advantage, however, full consideration will be given to all applicants. 2nd to Insurance, experience in a similar role within Financial Services would be preferable.

• Positive attitude to customer service and fulfilling client needs

• Organized and able to handle pressure easily, being able to prioritise workloads

• Technical knowledge of Insurance Principles and relevant lines of business

• Ability to follow policies and procedures to ensure all quotations are provided compliantly and effectively

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build solid and lasting relationships with Brokers
