Are you a savvy building manager who is familiar with Health and Safety legislation? Are you able to carry out repairs to communal areas and able to follow up on actions? Are you able to carry out risk assessments for buildings and people? If you have answered yes to these answers it would be great to hear from you. I have an 8 week opportunity with a social service provider who are looking to recruit a Building Supervisor on a 4 day a week basis.

This role will be varied, you must have building and tenancy experience and access to a vehicle, if you have worked with elderly or vulnerable people that would be a welcome bonus. The salary based on a 4 days a week is £20,911. If this sounds like a role you could succeed in please contact me.
