Business Analyst - up to £35,500 - Hybrid (Brighton)

The Opportunity

The Yolk Recruitment Public Sector & Not-for-Profit team are working with a brilliant Civil Service organisation that benefits over half the UK population.

We are supporting them to recruit a new Business Analyst with change and delivery experience to work on their operations processes.

What the Business Analyst will be doing
You will be working closely with key stakeholders to deliver efficient processes and evaluate the existing processes and strategies.

  • Orchestrate updates and changes to existing systems
  • Plan, analyse and design new systems and processes
  • Document and test all new systems
  • Create end-user training for the implementation of new processes and system
  • Support the organisation's continuous improvement goals

What the successful Business Analyst will bring to the team
You will have demonstrable experience as a business analyst, especially delivering change. You will have a track record of creating business solutions that have quantifiable returns.

  • Understanding of the project development lifecycle, and the methodologies involved (Agile, waterfall etc)
  • Experience using business process and requirements gathering tools - LEAN, Six Sigma, Kaizen etc
  • Ability to influence decisions
  • Ability to negotiate priorities and mitigate risks
