Yolk recruitment is recruiting for an exciting new project within the Hague. This is a great opportunity to work with a critical government project that crosses over multiple key government organizations and is critical in connecting policy development with implementation.

Responsibilities:

From a central position, you use your skills to advance the processes related to identity determination in the criminal justice chain. You take on the role of 'switch'. You switch between the chain partners, analyze what is needed for improvement and translate this into solutions. You bring business requirements and solutions together. Together with subject matter experts from the chain partners, other departments.

You will contribute to the development of solution directions, which are initiated from the various projects of the Identity Determination program. You analyze current processes and data exchanges and, in close consultation with subject matter experts and architects, design solutions for issues in the field of processes and associated automation.

You take action where the interests of the various chain partners intersect. You are the link between the different target groups at operational, tactical and strategic levels. Your job is to organize and supervise meetings and present change initiatives in a clear manner to both subject matter experts and administrators.

Essential experience:

• More than 10 years of demonstrable experience as a business analyst.
• More than 5 years of demonstrable work experience in government in a complex public environment.
• You have at least ten years of experience in identifying needs (business requirements) and translating them into operational processes and usable solutions within the public domain, preferably related to issues surrounding identity determination.
• You have at least five years of demonstrable experience in advising and preparing decisions within a complex public environment, preferably within the criminal justice chain.
• Demonstrable knowledge (training) and experience with the use of change and development and analysis methods and techniques that relate to organizations, business processes and information provision, such as Design Thinking and (Scrum) Agile.
• Fluent in Dutch

Desirable Experience:

• Experience with issues surrounding identity determination
• Experience working in or for the criminal justice chain
