The Opportunity
Yolk Recruitment Public Sector & Not-for-Profit team has partnered with a major utility company. We are supporting them to recruit a Business Coordinator. They are looking for someone with excellent IT skills with who is familiar with document control.
 
What the Business Coordinator will be doing
The Business Coordinator act as a problem solver to site technical and administrative issue. You will need to be an all-rounder with brilliant analytical skills.
 
What the successful Business Coordinator will bring to the team
This role is suitable for someone in a Facilities Management role who is familiar with external audits.
You will:
  • Report, review, analyse health and safety data
  • Be the central point for all external and internal audits.
  • Participate, contribute to and lead in project work as necessary.
  • Lead development and be the primary point of contact for management of the Sharepoint System.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Brilliant communication skills both written and spoken.
