This is what you’ll be doing

You will be working as part of the senior management team and will work toward;

·        Escalation point for Collections/Complaints/ Customer investigations. 

·        Identify ways to continuously improve current process to ensure maximum capability

·        Work across the wider business to ensure a full understanding

The experience you’ll bring to the team

·        Previous experience working within a bank focusing on commercial clients/ SME’s

·        Collections experience- Business Banking

·        Process Design and Continuous improvement management

·        Understanding of CSCA regulations

·        AML regulations understanding and knowledge

·        Experience working within fraud investigations

There’s also some must haves

·        You must have worked with business banking/ commercial/ SME’s

·        Strong leadership values

·        Understanding of regulations and legislations (CSCA/AML)
