Yolk Recruitment are currently supporting a global consultancy who are looking for a talented and DV cleared Business Change Consultant to join our dynamic team.

As a Business Change Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our clients' transformation journeys by driving change initiatives, implementing process improvements, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Your expertise and ability to navigate complex environments will be instrumental in ensuring successful change management and delivering tangible business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and transformation goals.
• Conduct thorough assessments of current business processes, systems, and organizational structures.
• Identify opportunities for change and develop comprehensive change management strategies and plans.
• Engage stakeholders at all levels to gain buy-in and support for proposed changes.
• Define and communicate the vision, goals, and benefits of the change initiatives.
• Conduct impact analyses to assess the effects of proposed changes on people, processes, and technology.
• Develop and implement change management activities, such as training, communication plans, and stakeholder engagement strategies.
• Provide guidance and support to project teams during the implementation of change initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change efforts, gathering feedback and making necessary adjustments.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in change management and organizational development.

Requirements:

• Active DV clearance is mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Change Management Consultant or Business Change Consultant.
• Strong understanding of change management methodologies, tools, and frameworks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated experience in leading change initiatives and managing stakeholders in complex environments.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies, such as Agile or PRINCE2.
• Knowledge of the government or defense sectors and associated security and compliance requirements is desirable.
• Professional certifications in change management or organizational development are a plus.
