Business Change Manager - £850 a day inside ir35 - Gloucestershire - Predominantly onsite - 12 months (extension highly likely) - one stage virtual interview - DV cleared project - Sector: Defence / National Security

Yolk Recruitment are on the look out for a Business Change Manager to work with a world leader in defence and technology service.

This project requires the candidate to hold a current DV clearance.

Responsibilities:

• Support and assure the delivery of high impact strategic Business capability activities across multiple Business units
• Take forward programmes of work to drive strategic business improvement/change which will deliver significant improvements in effectiveness and/or generate efficiencies
• Drive portfolio of business change that ensures the organisation makes optimum use of developments in doctrine, organisation and technology
• Apply a wide range of strategic business transformation skills and techniques to solve novel and complex problems across multiple stakeholders and organisation boundaries
• Work within a change sensitive programme which is subject to change

Core Skills:

• Minimum of 7 years' experience working within a business change orientated role
• Hold a current DV security clearance.
• Proven track record of leading transformational/complex change activities within the organisation and across partner organisations.
• Evidence of developing Business Change as a profession; tangible evidence of developing and nurturing systems and people.

Desirable Skills:

• Previous experience within the defence or cyber security industry
