What you’ll be doing
As a Business Development Executive, you will be taking a high volume of phone calls both inbound and outbound with an effective tactical approach. Identify new business leads and seek new areas to target. Reach set individual and team KPI’s. Plus the following;
- Keeping CRM update with all relevant information.
- Address any objections or concerns potential new customers may have.
- Communicate professionally and engage with all existing and new customers via email.
The experience you’ll bring to the team
The following will be the essential experience you as a Business Development Executive will need;
- Phone-based sales and customer service experience B2B/B2C
- Ability to prioritise and work within deadlines
- Competent with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent Customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- A can-do attitude
- Telesales and objection handling experience
- Background in Business Development
- Proven management with KPI’s
