I am recruiting for sales driven people in Coventry to join a small but successful team!
We are looking for candidates who want to progress, who love talking to customers and who want to take control of their commission earnings!
You will be expected to take ownership of your sales targets, be proactive and self-driven to generate new clients and retain business. From your first month you will be discussing your PDP with management where you will be supported from the start to achieve commission and progress.
What are my responsibilities as a Business Development Executive? 
  • Outbound calls to achieve sales targets
  • Use a solution selling/ consultative style to understand customer needs and ensure the correct products are being sold
  • Complete sales order paperwork as required
  • Take any inbound queries and deal with as appropriate
  • Constantly strive to learn more about product range to increase sales
  • Complete sales ledger weekly
What experience do I need to have? 
  • Minimum 12 months telesales experience in B2B or B2C
  • Confidence to make high levels of outbound calls to businesses
  • Excellent relationship building skills – with customers and internally
  • Highly pro-active
  • Be driven, determined & self-motivated
  • Able to identify, generate and close new business
  • Flexible approach to meet business requirements
  • Positive mental attitude to achieve
