I am looking for an ambitious Business Development Executive to join an exciting global software company in Cardiff. You will be given thorough training and support all the way through your journey.

If you have graduated in the last few years and excel in outbound B2B sales then this is the role for you!

As a Business Development Executive, you’d be joining a brilliant team of 8 with a hands on approach, learning each step of the way.
 
What are the responsibilities of a Business Development Executive?
  • Prospect a variety of companies and organizations across multiple industries
  • Generate interest and create opportunities with new prospects via cold calling email, phone, Linkedin, etc. to build a pipeline of targeted prospects
  • Achieve activity goals relating to outbound calls, emails, and social selling
  • Conduct high-level consultative conversations with C-Level executives in prospect accounts
  • Schedule product demonstrations
  • Meet and exceed your daily, weekly and monthly activity goals
What skills/experience does a Business Development Executive need?
  • University degree (any discipline), 2:1 or above
  • At least 1 full years professional work experience (post Uni) in a business or sales environment
  • Strong executive presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Team player mentality with the ability to work independently toward ambitious goals
  • Well rounded with varied interests, background, and proven leadership experience
  • Coachable, self-motivated, curious, and resilient
  • Excellent organisational skills and time management
  • Eligibility to legally work in the UK
