We are recruiting for a business development executive for a leading care provider to join a small but successful team. This team have fantastic growth plans and there are endless opportunities that are arising in this organisation.

The perfect candidate would have experience working in a B2B sales role within the healthcare sector, whether that being liaising with care homes or other healthcare providers.

Your responsibilities as a business development executive

  • You will be responsible for driving new business activity for a designated geographical location whilst maintaining fantastic customer service/account management throughout.

  • Deliver agreed KPIs by maximising all sales opportunities (Inbound & Outbound calls)

  • Provide accurate KPI information on a daily basis.

  • Maintain and develop the CRM database to maximise sales potential and opportunities.

  • Regularly liaise with the Head Of Sales to ensure that the objectives, expectations and priorities of the team are met.

 

Your skills/ experience as a business development executive

  • Experience in sales, minimum 6 months

  • Driven & motivated with a ‘can do attitude’.

  • Experience In the care industry

  • Able to give a level of empathy at all times

  • Understand key product knowledge and concepts.

  • DBS Checks made on successful appointment.

  • Full driving licence needed with use of own vehicle.

  • Desirable – Knowledge of the care industry

 

You will be a great communicator who is comfortable having empathetic and intelligent conversations with decision makers in both the public and private sectors.
