We are recruiting for a business development executive for a leading care provider to join a small but successful team. This team have fantastic growth plans and there are endless opportunities that are arising in this organisation.
The perfect candidate would have experience working in a B2B sales role within the healthcare sector, whether that being liaising with care homes or other healthcare providers.

Your responsibilities as a business development executive
You will be responsible for driving new business activity for a designated geographical location whilst maintaining fantastic customer service/account management throughout.
Deliver agreed KPIs by maximising all sales opportunities (Inbound & Outbound calls)
Provide accurate KPI information on a daily basis.
Maintain and develop the CRM database to maximise sales potential and opportunities.
Regularly liaise with the Head Of Sales to ensure that the objectives, expectations and priorities of the team are met.
Your skills/ experience as a business development executive
Experience in sales, minimum 6 months
Driven & motivated with a ‘can do attitude’.
Experience In the care industry
Able to give a level of empathy at all times
Understand key product knowledge and concepts.
DBS Checks made on successful appointment.
Full driving licence needed with use of own vehicle.
Desirable – Knowledge of the care industry
You will be a great communicator who is comfortable having empathetic and intelligent conversations with decision makers in both the public and private sectors.
