We are recruiting for Business Development Manager’s who have Bridging and/or Commercial packaging experience, having worked recently at a broker, packager, IFA, intermediary or lender. You will need to be highly professional, motivated and enjoy working in a dynamic environment as part of a team with a real desire to succeed.
As a Business Development Manager, you will be talking to financial intermediaries and their clients over the phone to explore a broad range of Bridging, Development and Commercial products suited to their individual needs and circumstances, always ensuring the delivery of high standard customer service.
What will I be doing?
Building long lasting relationships with financial intermediaries and their clients, handling complex enquiries on a day-to-day basis.
Generate own business and follow up on internal leads given to you
Source lending products from panel of lenders, obtaining decisions in principle and issuing terms.
Meeting and exceeding targets while ensuring compliance with company standards and the FCA.
What Skills/ Experience do I need to have?
Must have a background in Bridging/ Commercial/ Mortgage
Proven track record of delivering and exceeding sales targets
Highly professional, motivated and enjoy working in a dynamic environment as part of a team with a real desire to succeed.
Excellent Communication skills
Must be extremely self-motivated to deliver
What are the Benefits?
Salary of £25,000 - £30,000
Competitive OTE – depends on your experience
21 days holiday + BH
Monday to Thursday 0900 – 1730 and Friday 0830 – 1700 Friday
