I am recruiting for a Business development Manager/ Field Sales specialist to join a family run telecoms business in the South West.
You will be managing your territory which will be South Wales and the South West, working closely with the telesales team to book and attend appointments. You will have the full range of telecoms products to sell into business, managing your own time but utilising the support from Head Office in Swansea when you need it!
The ideal candidate will have a background in telecoms and understand the products, this could be in a similar Business Development Manager role or if you have telesales experience looking to get into a field role then we want to hear from you too!
What are the responsibilities as a Business Development Manager?
New business lead generation through prospecting, networking, referrals and working with existing client base
Attend regular face to face meeting with accounts
Identify business & market needs, across a variety of portfolio areas
Deliver a personal target for new business
Establish key internal and external relationships to support your sales plan
What skills/ experience do I need?
Experience in a sales position within telecoms
Evidence of hitting sales targets and customer satisfaction
Able to demonstrate a strong skill set and experience of selling either mobile, IT or fixed/hosted solutions in the Business sector, by delivering complex solutions to meet customers’ needs
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
Experience of being proactive with sales
