Yolk Recruitment are working on behalf of a leading Cyber Security company in the UK in search for an experienced Business Development Manager. The company offers a wide range of services from email / web security to security awareness training.
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual with at least 5+ years’ experience in end user focused role ideally within mid-market.  This candidate should have fantastic communication skills with a real drive to succeed, the candidate must be new business focused with a proven track record of hitting targets.
As a Business Development Manager, you will be targeted at bringing in new logos from the mid-market space.  You will be setting up and attending client meetings with decision makers face to face and on video call to the demonstrate services & solutions.
Main responsibilities as a Business Development Manager
  • Daily prospecting through calls, email campaigns & LinkedIn
  • Setting up and attending client meetings with prospects
  • Demonstrating and presenting different services and solutions to the clients
  • Hitting monthly targets of bringing on board new logos
  • Develop a go-to-market strategy for target accounts within the mid-market space
  • Work with internal teams to drive activity
  • Predict accurate forecasting for a weekly / monthly basis
  • Build pipeline for new business opportunities
  • Ensure the CRM (SalesForce) is maintained daily
Your skills/ experience as a Business Development Manager
  • 5+ years’ experience in end user focused role ideally within mid-market
  • Software sales background - Cyber security
  • Strong knowledge of IT security and familiar with cloud / web / email security
  • Evidence of sales skills selling to mid-market and winning big accounts
  • Very strong communication and presentation skills
  • Familiar with as a CRM
  • Sandler Sales Methodology or equivalent preferred
  • Technically competent, with the ability to present and communicate the benefits of the solutions and services in great detail.
  • Fantastic relationship building skills
