Business Development / Field Sales Executive. Everyone loves being the FIRST. Ever wanted to choose your own colleagues? Plan your own days? My client is a fast growing tech company based in south wales, they are offering a fantastic opportunity to be the first Business Development Executive within the company. Help this budding MD by taking on the sales responsibilities with the opportunity to progress into a Sales Manager role and build your team around you over time.

What you’ll be doing                                   

The Business Development / Field Sales Executive will be focused on building new relationships and maintain existing ones both within their channel partners and other customers. Get involved in networking, new business relationships and exciting sales opportunities.

Main Duties

  • Lead generation

  • Face to face meetings

  • New channel partners

  • Closing sale opportunities

  • Working with the founding team to refine the sales process and helping to hire new teammates.

Experience wanted:

  • Prior Field sales or Business Development experience

  • Prior experience with SaaS or Software companies.

  • Self-motivated and driven to hit targets.

  • An excellent attitude towards personal development and a hard-working ethic
